To use the Gorilla Dual Temp Mini Glue Gun, follow these steps: 1. Plug the gun into a 120V electrical outlet. 2. Insert a 0.27" diameter mini glue stick into the back of the gun through the feeder tube. 3. Allow the gun to heat for approximately 5 minutes. 4. Squeeze the trigger to dispense the glue. For more glue, squeeze the trigger repeatedly and add additional sticks as needed. Note: Approximately 2 glue sticks are required for the initial startup. 5. Immediately press the surfaces to be bonded together. 6. Do not pull the glue sticks from the gun. If changing the glue, feed the remainder of the stick through the gun. 7. Unplug the gun after use and allow it to cool completely before storing.
The Gorilla Dual Temp Glue Gun offers two temperature settings for versatility. Use the high-temperature setting for bonding wood, plastic, metal, glass, and more. Use the low-temperature setting for delicate materials like floral, fabric, foam, and jewelry.
Troubleshooting: - If the glue gun does not heat up, ensure it is plugged into a 120V outlet. If it still does not work, the internal fuse may be blown, and the gun is not repairable. - If the glue backs up at the inlet tube, ensure you are using the recommended 0.27" diameter mini glue sticks. Do not elevate the front of the gun; always use the side stands or attached stand.
